Weather, ocean conditions, and wildlife activity may affect the outcome of any trip.

Safety instructions provided by the captain and crew must be followed at all times.
Be at least 18 years old (minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian).
Be physically capable of participating in boating and fishing activities.
Disclose any medical conditions, limitations, or concerns prior to boarding.
Understand that the captain reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns, intoxication, or non-compliance with rules.
All trips require advance booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before departure.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment, depending on charter type.
No-shows are non-refundable.
If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Payment or deposit is required at the time of booking.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods.
All charter sales are final.
Refunds are not issued for:
Seasickness
Failure to follow instructions
Lack of fish activity (catch is not guaranteed)
Personal schedule conflicts
Follow safety rules and captain’s directions at all times.
Wear safety equipment when instructed.
Avoid alcohol intoxication or unsafe behavior.
Standard fishing equipment is provided unless otherwise stated.
Damage to rods, reels, or equipment caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.
Catch limits follow California Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations.
Cleaning and bagging of fish may be offered as part of the trip package.
Engage in unlawful activity or misuse of the site
Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt site functions
Reproduce content without permission
Boating and fishing involve inherent risks, including weather changes, physical strain, and potential injuries.
You participate at your own risk.
